Whether your machine is making a funny noise, leaking on the counter or simply not working, bring or send it in. Our technicians will find the problem and fix it using 100% Original Parts.

We use only original parts and we warranty the work we perform.
Drop Off
We're here for drop-offs Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am - 4 pm. (here's a map).
During the winter please be sure and keep your machine from freezing. Don't put it in the trunk or leave it in the garage the night before.
Shipping
If you're going to ship a machine for service, here are a few words of advice:
- Keep the plastic water tank and drip tray. They are easily broken in shipping and are usually not necessary for the repair.
- If you're a machine has a portafilter, please include the portafilter so we can make coffee using YOUR portafilter.
- During winter months, because of freezing, it's best to drain as much water as possible out of the machine. Contact us if you're not sure how to do that.

In-Store Pickup
We're open to the public for walk-in purchases and In-store pickup Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am - 4 pm.
Shipping
We subsidize shipping on orders over $50 and offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.
We ship by UPS and the USPS and we'll email you tracking information when your order ships.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please take pictures and contact us immediately.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our concern and we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Coffee and other food items cannot be returned.
Unopened non-food items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping). Please contact us within 15 days of receiveing your order to request a RMA.
Depending on their condition and the condition of their packaging, open items may be subject to a restocking fee of as much as 30%.
